Please check my auction #2545454345. Note that there are missing images. What gives? this is a live auction and it's up tonight. Missing images are costing me bids! Where are they please?
The two missing images do not appear to have been in your account even when the item was listed. Was this an item that you relisted, that was listed in the past?
Also, the two missing images seem to be from the same batch, while the remaining 4 are all related.
It seems as though the 2 missing images were older than the 4 that are appearing now. It is possible that the two that are missing were past their 90 day date since last used, while the other 4 had not met their date yet by the time you relisted this item.
Dscn1870.jpg & Dscn1873.jpg are the two that are missing currently, while the following are the ones that are still in your account :
If you have copies of Dscn1870.jpg & Dscn1873.jpg, upload them back into your account, and they will automatically appear in the listing. Otherwise, if you could replace those images somehow, upload the new ones with the exact same filenames as listed above so they appear within the listing along with the rest.

Christopher - thanks for your prompt reply. The missing images do not have related numbers because the two with the four digit numbers were taken with another camera -- we use a different camera to get close-ups. These were the close up pictures of the maker's marks on this silver that was at auction. I assure you they were loaded at the same time the other four photos were loaded and the missing photos appeared in the auction when it was first built. These two pictures were also there on the one or two occassions during the week when I looked at this auction. They only disappeared today.
Again, they were loaded correctly and DID APPEAR in the auction until today. How can images just disappear like that?
Is it possible that somebody inadvertently deleted the images from your account? The only reason they would have been deleted by our system is if they were not being actively used. It appears that they were actively used/viewed images and would not have been scheduled for deletion.
