This may have been discussed before, but I had a purchaser email me tonight and said he did not go through the checkout that Vendio Post Sale Management emailed him, because the email address it came from was [email protected] and he knew my address was @Vendio.com. Where do I change the Post Sale Acceleration option to send the WBN as @Vendio.com instead of @mailstep.com? Thank You.
Customer Manager users automatically get mailstep features, so you can use your vendio.com address at PayPal/eBay and still get the full beneftis.
For this to work optimally, please check the following:
1. Make sure that the primary email address on file at eBay & PayPal is your "[email protected]" address (instead of mailstep.com)
2. Go to My Account -> Post Sale Acceleration, and uncheck the "Generate WBN emails using your Post-Sale Acceleration email ID as the 'from' address" box.
3. Make sure that the primary address entered on our website is the "[email protected]" address.
This should result in the WBN being sent out using the vendio.com address rather than the mailstep.com address.
