I'm having trouble with item 3338043277
One was purchased a few days ago and the other a few hours ago - neither have moved to closed yet (this is a fixed price listing that ends in a few days)
I checked this listing, and the system does not show it as originating from Vendio. It appears to have been an item that was originally launched via Vendio, but showing up now as an item that was relisted via eBay directly.
The item is not actually in your Sales Manager at this time, which is why you did not see any of the sales from this listing appear in your closed section. Unfortunately, while you could typically just track this item in and do your post sale process for it, the track tool is still inop at this time. (although we do hope to have a fix in place sometime tomorrow, so watch for an announcement confirming this)

Actually now that I think about it that auction "errored" while it was pending, but I noticed it launced anyway (the error message was that ebay couldn't confirm that it was launched). Is that why?
Unfortunately, yes. If we cannot confirm the listing from eBay, that is what happens. Again, you would typically be able to simply track it, especially since it did come from here and monitor the hits and bids, as well as the post sale - but the track tool is still awaiting a fix.
Very soon it will be fixed, but for now that means doing the post sale for this item from outside of the Vendio tools. Once track is corrected, even with this item closed you can track it by its item number and do the rest of the post sale from here.
