Good morning drfsj,

Sales Manager Pro does not yet have the ability to use the new templates. We will, however, be releasing a new version of SMPro to accomidate the new templates. Any new templates you create online will be synchronized with Sales Manager Pro at that time.

In the meantime, Sales Manager Pro users may use the following workaround:

In Sales Manager Pro, create batch listings using one of the original templates from your Saved Templates list.
Schedule the items in the batch to be launched at some point in the future and upload the batch.
To update the template for individual listings, use Sales Manager online to unschedule and edit those uploaded items for which you want to use a new template.
To update the template for multiple listings at once, without unscheduling-and-re-scheduling, make sure that your batch listings all use the same template. After uploading your batch, go to your Template Preferences page under the My Account tab and use Template Workshop to create and save a new template with the same name as the first template, overwriting the first. Any listings that used the first template will be automatically updated to use the new template of the same name. This works for changing the templates on multiple listings regardless of whether you are changing from an original-style to a new, custom template or even from an original-style to a different original-style template. Please note: once you save a new, custom template over an original-style template, that template will no longer be available for the current version of SMPro. If you want to upload new batches, you will have to make sure those listings are using an original-style template. In addition, you will also need to make sure the existing batches on your computer use an original-style template, otherwise those batches will become invalid. For these reasons, we recommend you create new "placeholder" templates when using this method so that you don't overwrite and lose the ability to use existing templates or listings that you may have been using with SMPro.
(For another example of how to update the template for multiple items at once, please see "How can I change or update the template for multiple pending listings at once?" below.)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Have a great day and let us know if we can do anything else to help you out.

Tara
