Hello,

Auction #3234682571. Fixed price auction. Received notification from Ebay that it had ended with a buyer.

It is no longer on my active list, but is not in post sale. I tried import listings, but no luck.

Please help me find my missing listing!

Hello Again,

It just showed up. If you helped out - Thank you. If you didn't - Why did it take almost an hour to appear?

Received notification at 2:57 my time. It appeared in post sale at 3:45.

I've never had this problem before. Hope it was just a glitch.

Hello Gerri,

When I checked your account, it looks like the item has since appeared in your closed section as it even shows the WBN being sent out.

Hello,

It's happened again. Received notification of end of transaction at 4:07am my time. Item #3234682566. It is not on my active list nor my post sale list at this time.

I will go and do the import listing thing to see if I can recover it. I am a little concerned as to why this is happening. Both items were fixed price listings launched through Vendio.

Hello Again,

Did the import listing function. Hasn't shown up.

I have emailed my client directly. I have quite a few fixed price listings right now. I hope this won't be an ongoing problem.

Please let me know what you find out.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Hello,

OK, still not there. Tried import listing again just a couple of minutes ago.
I have fixed price listings that I want to post today, but am hesitant to until I receive an answer. I don't want to compound this problem.

Also, I would like to know where my listing wound up! It is possible that some other Vendio user has it on their post sale page??
It shows up on My Ebay page as sold.

I would appreciate a reply ASAP. Need to put together regular auctions if fixed price isn't working.

Thanks,
Gerri

Hello Gerri,

Please notice that if the item showed as active in your panel, and you did not deliberately delete it, it must show on closed section once closed. If the fixed price item sold, then in your closed section will appear only the transaction(s) for the item. Depending on the system load, at Vendio as well as at eBay, there may be some time gap between the time of close, and the time it will appear in your closed section.

Hello Marius,

Thanks for your reply. Just so I'm clear....

What you are telling me is that the delay is in Ebay sending the information to Vendio?
Is a 6 1/2+ (still not there) hour delay "normal"?

So, if I am patient, this listing will eventually show up?

Gerri
