Ever since you added choice of selecting a country to the checkout in Vendio Stores, the buyers think that automatically calculates their SH cost. I have added all the statements I can to my store, but it hasn't helped. Vendio Stores does not have the capability to enter SH costs for International shipments. Can't you add a line that instructs buyers to check with the seller or at least indicate that selection of a country does not calculate shipping cost.
At this time, there is no option within the checkout to price shipping costs at a later date unfortunately. We will be happy to pass along your suggestion on your behalf.
