I have been trying to get into my account to change some eBay specifics. I can get into my account, but 3 times now, when I click on eBay specifics, I am kicked off my browser.

I have cleared my cache, and rebooted. Still happens.

I am on Windows XP and Netscape 7.02

Help???

I have tried it with the Opera browser without problem, but Netscape still closes if I am using it for eBay Site Specifics.

I have also been having problems...creating listings...since July 24th...can not create listings on Ebay...kicks me off and back to desk top....You'll notice my messge--"pasttimes" I've had 13 messages...mostly from people with same problem...I'd say either Vendio or Ebay has some Problems...very frustrating. I've tried everything to try to fix this... still can't get to ebay through Vendio

Hello shibamarie,

We are actively looking into some issues with Netscape 7.x - is this happening when you are in My Account -> eBay Site Specifics, or when you are in an inventory item?

You might want to try using Internet Explorer while we work on this, as this appears to be a problem that is affecting Netscape only.

Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience!

Diana

Hi Shibamarie,

We released a fix yesterday to correct the Netscape problems. What are you trying to change in your eBay Site Specifics, if you are still getting this error?

Regards,

Sonya

Actually I was trying to fix some stuff that eBay had changed around and you had an announcement about it. Since I had no prob getting in with Opera browser, you had already changed it so I didn't have to change anything.

But the problem with Netscape was that the browser crashed when I clicked on My Account -> eBay Site Specifics, not when I was already in it.
