I have recentyly received several emails from different users on ebay letting me know that they can not see the images that I have uploaded to Vendio. Any ideas?

Melbourne, as of 9 pm EST, your pictures look good to me. Perhaps it's a localized thing?

I can not see your pictures. The properties show it is -1 bytes, and does not recognize it as a jpeg.

any idea how to fix that? where did you see the properties? is that the same as viewing the source page? thanks for the help!

Hello,

I am able to see your images as well. Do you prepare your images in Photoshop? If not, what is the image editor you use?

i use photoshop elements.

Hi Melbourne,

When you save your images, make sure that you save them as Web Ready. Photoshop Elements adds extra stuff into jpeg images which result in the problems you have been experiencing. You should have an option there to save them for the web.
