I posted this last week, but I guess it wasn't noticed. Sometimes while creating listings with my new basic template, when I preview on the create listing page it shows both the shipping and payment links. But when I look at the full preview and at the ebay preview only the payment link is showing up, not the shipping link or info. I checked this template in the template workshop in my account and it also shows both links. I cannot figure out to add/fix something that appears to be there and indeed on most auctions it shows up correctly. For instance auction #2186156230 did not show up with my shipping info. Can you figure out why this is happening intermittently? Thanks. Susan

Sorry if we missed your last post. I did attempt to locate it here in the Sales Manager forum, but was unable to do so. If we miss anything you only covered last time, please let us know.
When I checked the original details for this item, you had no shipping options checked off to choose from. There are what appears to be some default totals for shipping costs in the carrier boxes, but none of them are checked.
Unless at least one of the shipping carrier fields is checked off, the shipping header will not appear within the template as it will have nothing to point to.

Aha.
So the notes for shipping will only show up if you know how much it will be before you know where it is going.
And if I have to calculate shipping after the auction, all of the shipping information notes about "optional insurance" or international shipping will not show up.
So, to make it show up all the time I will have to put them back into my standard description closing and will not be able to keep them under shipping. I see.
Unless there is another way to make it show up under shipping?
