After checking out my auctions with the new templates I noticed it seems large. The frame overlaps my screen, you can see the pic and the write up but you loose the tempate frame, unless you scroll left or right. I checked out auctions from other vendio users and they seem fine, nice and centered showing the whole page. Any advise on what I can do to make my tempates fit to the screen.

Hello,

They appear bigger most likely because of the gif in your auctions with the mouse -- it stretches out the item description box. You could try using a different image layout (one that puts the images on top) as that would widen the description box. You can always use the eBay Preview to see how your auction will look before you launch it.

Thanks Sonya, I tried a sample with images on top and your right, the whole template fits the screen. Is there anything I can do to my images so that they don't stretch the description box when I flush them left?
I always used the single images on top template layout, with the new templates that is not an option, only the multiple on top are offered.

Hello,

There is a 'click to enlarge' feature you can enable for your listings in Global Preferences. What it does is place a scaled down version of your image in your listings that when clicked, leads you to the original sized version of your image. Keep in mind though that the gif you use with the mouse also stretches out the description box, so when you use the images on left layout, that makes your template a little wider.

The click to enlarge feature will apply to new listings you create after you select that option, so you may want to create a test listing after selecting it and using the eBay Preview to see what it looks like with the images on left layout.

Regards,

Sonya
