I have several accounts and I cannot relist on this one. If I try to open a closed item, I get it up to the text, but nothing further down. On my other account it's fine.

Help!

Hello,

I'm not completely sure on what you mean by getting it up to the text -- can you outline the steps you take to relist your items, up to where the problem occurs?

I have about 180 auctions sitting in the pending column (on the website, not on my computer). They are pending but not scheduled.

Before I schedule them, I want to make some changes. So I click on one to open it.

It won't open completely. The only thing that appears is the top part, with the title, price and the text description box. Then nothing else.

It also takes forever to open it.

I was able to schedule about 6 or 7 just now, and just fine with the touchofeurope account but on this one no can do.

Hi there,

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? If not, I would start there. If clearing the cache doesn't help, I would recommend restarting your computer, and limiting open applications to your browser only as it sounds like the issue may be related to your system resources.

First of all, since I was able to do the job on the other account, your answer doesn't make sense.

But I just happened to have cleared my browser about 1 hour ago. I don't have anything else running.

There is something wrong on YOUR site, not on my end. That's all I am saying. You are not answering my question.

I can do the relists fine on one account and not on the other. I am doing the exact same thing on both.

Why is that?

Hello,

What browser are you using, and what version is it? I am able to open your pending auctions successfully, without it taking a while. Please remind me who your ISP is, as well.

The other account you are doing this from -- is it your 'touchofeurope' account?

Windows XP, latest version of IE, BellSouth is the ISP.

I can do anything I want online, including listing and uploading. I've been working online all day, no connection problems and no browser problems.

The problem is a Vendio issue. Not a browser, cache, ISP or whatever other excuse.

I cannot open these auctions at all. Only partly and only down to the description. How come I can open the ones in my other account very easily????
