I like to put in a fixed shipping amount in my auctions to reduce email traffic and S&H questions. It seems to be effective for me, but I do not see how to do this using SMP or SM. I am a new user to Vendio and would appreciate an answer from someone.
As long as you have it set up in your preferences online, you are all set. Your shipping and handling defaults can be set up in your My Account tab, under Global Preferences. When you use Sales Manager, those defaults will apply to the Create Listing page (you can always change them though on a per listing basis). When you use Sales Manager Pro, all you have to do is synchronize and those defaults will download to the program.
Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

Thanks for the answer. I see in the seller preferences a place to indicate some shipping preferences, but specifically where will I enter a fixed shipping amount that includes insurance that the buyer will pay. That shipping amount will vary per item as well.
I just answered your question about insurance in your other post. If you want to include it in your shipping and handling, then don't check the insurance box in Global Preferences -- just make a shipping amount that includes your insurance, and use one of the custom shipping boxes so that you can call it "Shipping plus Insurance".
Feedback is managed in Post Sale. You can leave it for your winners through there. When you receive feedback from a buyer, you can also manually check off the feedback step in post sale.
