I went to global preferences and say that the show paypal logo button is marked. I can't unmark it. Can someone tell me how to undo it.
I would also like to add that it doesn't matter if you have one of the PayPal options selected if you are unchecking PayPal as an option -- it won't show up when it's unchecked. If you have active auctions showing PayPal, you will have to edit those directly on eBay to remove the PayPal references.

I have left clicked - it won't unselect. Pay pal is not showing in my auctions and it never was. I just can't get it off of my global preferences sheet and when bidders get the WBN it says that I accept paypal. Sonya - can you somehow unselect it?
I checked your Global Preferences and have confirmed that PayPal is unchecked. I checked your active listings and you don't have PayPal enabled for any of them. Which of your listings in closed had PayPal as an accepted payment method?

The winner of auction 2651137128 which ended on 8/13 said the the WBN said I accepted paypal. When I looked at preferences the button next to "include only the paypal logo" is checked. I thought that was where the problem was coming from.
I checked the WBN for that listing, and it doesn't say anywhere that you accept PayPal. I'm not sure what the winner is referring to -- if it is still an issue, have her send you the WBN and point out where it says you accept PayPal.
