when i create auction in pro and try to preview it i get a blank screen , it was working before , when i send it to your server i can look at it on your server , whats give ???? jack.

Hello Jack,
Does this happens with any template in Pro? If you open the Template Chooser, does the problem template show properly? Are the other templates visible too?

yes it is the same blank even if i change template , remember when i send it to the AW server i can preview it there with no problems , i also have another problem and may be it connected when i click in pro on post sale or sale maneger i get the internet explorer screen but it blank also , also in my email if i click on a link i get this explorer blank screen , so i know pro is not the problem !!! i have cabel modem and all work , i can synchronize with no problems , should i go back a month on system restore and see what happen ??? (i have the stupid XP) last week i also had the problems with the links but not with the preview...jack.

Hello Jack,
Indeed, it's likely that there is something wrong with Internet Explorer, this is why all these pages open up empty.
You might want to go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Critical Updates and Service Packs this site recommends, especially those for Windows XP and Internet Explorer.
