For the past week none of my paypal payments have been showing up in my ITEMS TO SHIP section as being paid for.

As far as I know, I have not changed any preferences.

Is there a problem in this area now?

If not, what can I check to see what is preventing these payments from showing up?

Hi there,

We are looking into this issue now. It appears that Paypal has changed something internally that is now affecting our ability to detect payments. We are working to correct this short term, and also will be implementing a more tightly integrated solution for the long term in the coming weeks.

This problem has been resolved. Your payments and address information should now populate post sale normally.
