Help - 2 out of 5 post sale items have lost their data - they show up as not having been paid and shipped etc. even though they were processed yesterday and were just perfect yesterday - this is devastating as far as keeping track of tracking numbers, and who to send reminder notices to !!!!!
What do I do?????????????????

Hello,

In checking your six closed items, I see two of them that only have step 1 checked off. Are these the two that you are referring to? If not let me know which ones are missing data, as well as what is not checked that used to be checked.

I have had situations where, once my items went into archive, and I brought them back out, or they wandered out during an import of my listings, it will not showed steps 3, 4, 5, 6, ...

Although if I go into the Post Sale detail, it shows the steps marked off, but from the summary view of the list of items, the steps are unmarked.

It does make it a challenge, to keep track of what step an order is in, when it is possible the detail has the levels checked off, but the summary shows it is not.

MAPSALE: Does your detailshow the steps have been done, but the summary (list of items all together) does not.

hello all
Boxes 3, 4, 5 and 6 were also checked of for these 2 item numbers ( 3543941668 and 3543932003) but today they are not.
I have not moved these items into archives or out of inventory.
I may look like I am a newbie on this account, but I'm not - since I use auction watch under another ID (chiroteach) to list several hundred items per month.
A side note which may be related is that last week I went through my other account (chiroteach) and did a search for post sale items awaiting payment - I then sent reminders for about 50 of them out, and now some of those customers are emailing me to tell me that they had already paid and received their item - now I wonder if boxes 3, 5, and 6 on those supposedly non-paid items had disappeared as well before I did the 'awaiting payment' query ??? this is starting to turn into an inventory and email nightmare since I really count on those tools to work properly.

ps - neither the summary nor the detail shows steps 3,4,5 or 6 as having been done

I was not trying to infer you were a Newbie.

My reply was partly to let Vendio know of this glitch in their system so it could be looked into when appropriate.

I thought this thread was appropriate, since because of your problems, they may be looking into the check boxes showing correctly.

Hi Mike,

Do you have any items in your account right now that show the summary view as incomplete, yet the detail view complete? We would like to take a look at this so if you have some available, please let me know what the item ID numbers are.
