Have been watching one of those annoying banner adds saying I won a contest in the upper corner of Sales Manager.

I know it's a source of income, but it's tough to look like a professional company with that garbage flashing all over the screen.

I have complained also.
I pay to use a site for business purposes not to be blinded with ads that flash, blink, and distract.
It is the SAME thing as telemarketers calling me at home.
