Is there an issue? Now they could be deadbeats but I did have one buyer recently e-mail the day I filled out the FVF asking about why he never got an invoice.

We did so back and forth over e-mail. I sent another WBN from Vendio and he said he didn't get it. He said he is sending a check out so all is good (I hope) but not sure why the WBN isn't getting to him.

I'm also awaiting payment for a few other people who use AOL so I wonder if there is a problem.

Hi Seth,

AOL was one of the ISPs that raised their security during the onset of the Sobig virus. We have had some AOL customers report issues with the WBN during that time, but none recently. What I would suggest is if you have to send a WBN to someone who has AOL or CS, try changing up the subject title of it a bit so that it hopefully does not get flagged by their security systems.

Regards,

Sonya
