Hi - I've had these questions for ages: 1) in the post sale fullfilment checklist in the sales manager, there is a buyer message space, that the buyer provides during their checkout, if they have any comments or questions. When I acknowledge the message.....what does it say?? I don't get a copy of it and I'd really like to see what I am sending to my customers. I don't use it often, I ususally reply in a normal email - mostly because of this.
2) Question/suggestion - can you make a visible change on the checklist when I send a wbn reminder or pmt rec'd notice? I know that I get the message in green on top that says message sent.,,, but two days ( or minutes) from now, I don't always remember if I sent it or not. Can you just inititiate changing the color of the icon like you do in the status bar???I don't think I'm the only aging ebayer with senior moments

Hello,
When you acknowledge the message, nothing gets sent to the buyer. All it does is turn the note from yellow to white, in your post sale view. You can view the note easily by clicking the set of post sale keys -- it will be toward the bottom.
I will log your second question as a request for Product Development.

Thanks for answering. I noticed that it changed color when I responded, but didn't realize that the sender received nothing when that happened.

I would also appreciate an indication on the checklist that a particular message has been sent. I don't always notice the green message and I sure don't remember a few days later.
I've been meaning to ask for this and am happy to see I'm not the only one!
