Hello. I was wondering if you can take a look at my account and see what plan I would be better at. I currently use the pay as you go plan and now since I run tons of auctions a month I was wondering which one would be better for me to use. I see the two different monthly plans. If I select one of those, would I have to pay the entire monthly fee up front or is it billed monthly. When you get a chance, please look and see which might be better for us. Thank you.

Hi Bluroks,
We can do a plan analyzation for you, however we would need you to email us the following:
1. How many items you list per month, on average.
2. What is your average gross monthly sales amount (or average price per item.)
3. What is your sell-through rate (sold vs. unsold items?)
That combined with your statement history will help us to determine if you are on the right plan. Please email this information to [email protected] -- we will be able to check it completely by Monday.
Regarding the monthly fees -- if you pick one you will see two charges for it on your statement as we charge it for the coming month. Basically this will be a prorated charge up to your billing cycle date, and then another one for the month. That is the only time you'll see it twice though, and you pay it monthly -- only the annual plan is a fee up front for a whole year.
