Hi guys, this is the second time this has happened to the same client. When I send her the WBN notice at the end of an auction it shows 2 additional itmes (no titles and no price) added to her order. When I view her checkout from my end it looks fine, but she sent me copies of what she sees and there are additional items that she never asked for in it. What is going on?
Would you mind sending us what it is she sees? Please send it to [email protected] so we can take a look at it. You may want to tell her to clear her cookies and her cache as well.
