The problem seems to be when I click new ebay listing it changes to the next screen where I should be able to start posting a new auction, the screen is blank. After one of the customer service agents explained what the problem might be, I tried again to load the page and wait but on the bottom of the page in the corner it says " Done" while the screen is still blank. Could be anything regarding my account etc?

Hello,
You have to wait until the category tree completely loads -- when it does, the drop downs will appear. Unfortunately this may take several clicks of the eBay create listing link. It is also dependent on your ISP. Some will take longer than others. Once you get it to load up, the next time you access it, it will be faster since the category tree has updated on your account.
