Hello,
The security key you had listed within that errored Yahoo listing was different from the default you have stored in your prefences. Your preferences are correct, the one in that listing was not. I changed the key in the item to match what you have stored in your preferences and it will preview without error now.
You should be able to simply resubmit the item now without error.

We have another problem tho ????
I have launched these auction to yahoo auctions, BUT ....
NONE of my payment info is listed on the listing ad, along with my extra shipping/insurance info for the buyer to be aware of.....check out ID #: 81882127 PITTSBURGH STEELERS NFL GLASS
I do not have this set in my "Global" preferences, but I have it listed in the other section.."custom listing text".. so it gets listed on ebay with the new page layout that Vendio now offers.
What can be done for this problem.. other then listing it in "Global".. as then when I list to ebay it will show 2 times in the ad.??????
Am I making any sense to you ????

Hello,
Yes, and our apologies for the confusion. The Custom Listing text fields are setup to be used with the new templates specifically.
Unfortunately, since you do not choose a template to be used when listing to Yahoo, those template specific details do not carry over into the listings either. They would need to be added manually unfortunately.

I thought Vendio worked with ebay AND yahoo auctions....
Some of us do list on yahoo, and Vendio sure does not make it easy to do so.
I would love to have the Yahoo "gallery" picture done when I launch the auction, and Have the picture at the top of the listing page, rather then at the bottom.
Now you are telling me also that the "custom listing" info is set up for Ebay only !!! How nice.

Hello,
Yahoo does not allow the insertion of templates. If you have payment information you want to appear there, you can do it in two ways -- one is to fill out the default text box, and two is to insert it at the bottom of your item description.
Wrightsracing -- the next time you launch a Yahoo auction, if the first image does not show as the gallery image, please let us know so we can investigate. You currently don't have any Yahoo auctions available for me to check.

, I just listed a auction to yahoo,ID #: 81893681 I will check it in a bit to see if the gallery picture shows.
For the ones I listed last night I went in a did it manually.
Thanks for getting back to me and I'll let you know about the picture. I have a ton I am listing tomarrow.
Update: There is no gallery picture showing when I did a search for this auction.

I have listed a few more auctions in the last 2 hours, NFL TRAVEL COFFEE MUG, and not a single one is showing the gallery picture.

None of the auctions I listed today at yahoo, have the gallery picture.you can do a search of "NFL TRAVEL COFFEE MUG". there is a total of 7 auctions.

Hi Wrightsracing,
Thank you for the examples. I have checked into this and unfortunately, you only get the picture preview when using Yahoo Picture Services. The camera icon will continue to show in its place, to signify there is an image in your listing.
