How are you coming with a resolution for this? I have another one today, that I am trying to track. Funny thing is they paid via credit card when they purchased. So, the checkout button is working in the auctions. This is a very annoying and "dangerous" problem. We are having at least 1 - sometime more a day - that are disappearing and we have to spend a half hour trying to get them to show up. I am afraid we are going to miss one sometime.
The very MAIN reason we use Vendio is for the post sale management. Please let us know if there is a fix that is coming soon!!!

I have managed to track my missing items in. (I hope anyway). It is just very scary, that there may be one missed. I know I can go to ebay and double check - but don't have the time, and we all know how reliable ebay's end of auction notices are.
One note - is that sometimes it takes up to 3 hours for a tracked listing to appear - that seems like a very long time, especially when you are waiting for it to finish out your days items.
