I'm downloading images onto a create auction page and they look blurry. Then when I select "eBay preview", the images don't show at all. Once I return to the "create auction page" the images are no longer blurry, they're gone!
Its not my computer or scanner since my auctions have been working fine. I just discovered this tonight. Its got to be an eBay and/or Vendio problem. HELP!

Hello,
We have heard from a few Mac users with this same error and are checking into the cause. If you happen to have a copy of Opera, try it, as it does seem to be saving the images correctly.
If you do not have a copy of Opera, you should be able to simply 'save' the listing after attaching the images, and they will be stored correctly.

I am having the exact same problem. It doesn't do any good to save the auction. I tried that and it saves without the image. Please help us. This is really upsetting. What do we do??

Ditto. I also saved the auction with the images attached, then selected eBay preview and the images do not appear.
Apparently I'm not the only one who is experiencing this problem.

WHAT'S GOING ON???? I HAVE 8 NEW LISTINGS WITHOUT PICS !!!!! IS VENDIO GOING TO FIX THESE WHILE THEY ARE UP OR DO I NEED TO CANCEL THEM/// I CAN'T LIST ANYMORE UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVES.

Ditto...this is so aggravating and frustrating! They just keep blaming "our computers" too! It's really UNACCEPTABLE. How can we create listings and not even see our pics, this is critical and like the one person said, she created listings and now her photos are not even showing up. Seems like ever since they changed their name from AuctionWatch, there has been non stop problems. I have had no replies to emails sent to Vendio AND then some replies that continue to put blame on my computer. We are the customer and paying for their service. HELP! It does need to be fixed!
