I had an item end and sell on Sept 22. It does not show up in my Sales Manager as being sold. I didn't even know it was sold until I got payment from the buyer and I couldn't match up the payment with the auction. When I go to the Ebay description page, it shows all the info that it had bids and sold. Vendio just didn't pick it up. Is there any way to get this added to my Sales Manager several days after the auction ended? I've never had anything like this happen to me before. Vendio Help, please.

Hello,
You can easily import auctions in your account by using the Track Auction feature. From the control panel page, click on the "track other auction" link.
Track by Item Number
Enter the item number and the auction site from the drop down menu and click GO.
