I have no gallery nor any preview image within the top of my auctions. When I go into "revise auction" with eBay, the gallery images shows as being there. What gives? Please do not assume since these are the debut auctions of this seller ID that we are novices ... in fact, we are Power Sellers under our other ID so we do know how to build and launch auctions!

Hi Maggie,
Thank you for notifying this. The lack of gallery images is due to your default eBay specifics preferences. The default option is "Leave this space blank".
All you have to do is visit your preferences page under MyAcct -> EbaySiteSpecifics, and select your picture preference at the bottom of the page.

THanks so much. It's been so long since we signed up with our original power seller account I had forgotten how many default options exist. While that does solve my problem of the preview image within the auction, it does not answer my question about where my gallery image is. Any ideas? THanks!

Also - I was charged for gallery. WHenever I launch auctions, I check the eBay preview and quickly review the charges. I always check to make sure I am charged for the gallery - that's my way of making sure I have gallery image checked in the auction! In these auctions I WAS charged for gallery but I have none. Meanwhile when I go into eBay to revise the auction, they show that I do have a gallery image. I do NOT.
Help!
Been a long time since we've had problems with Vendio. As I said, we are power sellers under our other account, Lennonhall. We are really trying to get these new auctions up and running and are hitting all these little snags. Need your assistance. Thanks!

Hi Maggie,
Thank you for notifying this problem. Our engineers will try to work with eBay in order to solve this. As you can see from the revise your item page at eBay, the image is there, but it does not show up.

I am having the same trouble with my gallery images...I do hope this is worked out soon!

Hi again!
I have been reading post after post at ebay and 1 member suggested to disable any no-pops or software that stops pop-ups while listing. I tried it just a bit ago and quess what...IT WORKED!!!! YEAH...I am seeing my gallery photos again! I am not for sure that it will help everyone who is having problems, but it worked for me...thanks to the seller who suggested it and no thanks to tech support...GO FIGURE!
