I just had an auction launch, and I noticed that one of the photos hadn't been cropped and lightened. I went to the original photo..did the changes..and uploaded it to Vendio under another number and replaced the old one with the new one just by changing the number. Now, instead of the photo, there is a white spot telling me that the photo is not available!!! I KNOW it's available..I checked and it is with my photos. I deleted the original photo. Why won't my photo show up in my auction?

Hello,

Just be sure that the revised image is the exact same as the original in its file name, and the case is sensitive.

If you run into trouble with this, let us know the item number of this auction to check into further.

I just fixed it! The "JPG" was in capitals...should have been in small letters! Thanks!
