Has anyone else noticed or been bother by the fact that in post sale managment, there is no way to send bulk feedback reminders. You have to send each one individual even though customers in large quantities fail to leave feedback even when left for them. Also when you send reminders automatically, it is not notated that you have sent it so you have no way, say 2 weeks later to see if you've already reminded a person. You have to manually remember. Wouldn't it be easy to at the very least leave a note and at best include the ability to send bulk inside the feedback option at post sale management too!

Hi Joyreaper,
You can send a bulk feedback reminder. Go to Awaiting Feedback in Post Sale, select those you want to send a reminder to, and click on the 'Remind' icon. On the next page you can preview, and then send your reminders in bulk.
I will log a suggestion on your behalf to have the ability to see how many reminders you have sent.
