I am using 'New Vendio Sample 3' for my listing page. I got this message from a customer in Japan. "The new layout of your items on ebay have a trouble for me.
When I open them by Netscape 4.7,
my PC hangs about 5 minutes."
Any suggestions for him??

Hi Paramount,

Netscape tends to load pages up differently than Internet Explorer. If you are using HTML in your listings and you have a broken tag, or a broken image, it will hang on Netscape. What is the item ID number your customer from Japan is writing about?
