I recently wrote to emails to the general Ventio email address for help with PayPal ALI issues. Each time there was no response. Am I to assume that Vendio wishes to address such questions only in this forum--I do see people getting customer service responses here. The problem I have with that is that I think I should have a choice as to whether my tech problems are aired publicly or privately. I would be interested in Vendio's appraisal of itself in these matters in terms of customer service.

Hi Greycelt,
I answered the first email that you wrote to us yesterday, explaining what you need to do based on your current PayPal settings in your Vendio account. I have not responded to the second one as it is the same as the first one. When you log in you should see your Customer Manager tab has turned orange. Click on the tab and you should see my response back to you. Note that we are now using Customer Manager to send customer service emails back to our customers. You will be alerted to the fact that you have an incoming email when you see the Customer Manager tab turn orange. There is no charge for this service, so you are not in danger of being charged if you click on the tab.
The choice is yours, whether you want to email or post. Please check the Customer Manager tab for my response and if it is not sufficient, either respond back to it or post back here again.
