Our accepted payments for our auctions are paypal, bidpay, and money orders.
We have received a few emails from our buyers stating that the paypal option does not appear in the drop down menu when wanting to choose their payment method. However, other buyers are able to choose that option and are able to choose paypal.
We have the appropriate boxes checked in Global Preferences, so we are not sure where the problem lies. Could you please help us with this matter?

Hi Sonya,
One of the item numbers is 2562416050. The buyer said that she clicked on the link that was provided in the WBN email that she received. Once she connected to the site, it only gave her the option to pay by money order and not paypal in the drop down menu.

I have also received the same messages from 2 or 3 buyers recently. I can't remember what auctions they were for, but I just figured they were not looking at the checkout form well enough. But did think it was odd that more than one person mentioned it. So I'm curious if there is a problem with the PayPal payment option.
