Does anybody know how the new IPN handles Paypal payments that are unconfirmed, if the seller has set his Paypal preference to "ask before accepting unconfirmed"? Is the address and payment info imported from Paypal when still in the "unaccepted" category? Or does the vendio system import that information AFTER the Paypal payment is accepted?
