I just clicked to send a positive feedback to a new customer and got a window asking if I really want to send a NEGATIVE feedback. I cancelled and tried two more time and it came back the same. What's the problem here?

I just experienced the same trouble, from the post sale selections. It's set on positive feedback, yet I get the same screen when I click submit.

YEAH- It just happened to me also!!
"Are you sure that you wish to send the following negative or neutral feedback?"

Sonya, I was in the fulfillment check list, hit submit and got the same problem. "whould you like to send negative or neutral feedback" when I had positive selected. You may look in my "items to send" folder under ebay # 3631468837.

Sonya, I just researched the other feedbacks I have sent today to make sure that they were okay, but none of them had been posted to ebay. They were all submitted at around 10:15 am CST. Is there a delay or are we experiencing technical difficulties?

Will the feedbacks we sent this morning make it to ebay, are they in queue somewhere or will they need to be resent???

Hello,
Thank you everyone for your input. I will notify engineering on this issue. For now, if you go to Post Sale > Feedback to Send and leave your positive feedbacks through there, they will go through correctly.
Smcd -- the feecbacks you sent this morning should post to eBay, it is possible there might be a delay but you could check the buyers ratings to see if your feedback has been left for them.

Sonya, it has been nearly two hours since we posted feedbacks, I have checked each of them manually, and they have still not been posted to ebay.

What are some of the item numbers? Also did you do this through the fulfillment checklist?

Hi Sonya, The follow 3 #'s are examples:
3632164394, 3631990732, 3632164393
I went back and tried send the feedbacks again thru Post Sale and it told me I could not resend the feedback. I have just now come from ebay to check, and they have still not made it. Others I have done thru Post Sale after your first response have all gone thru. Hope this helps
