This has finally happened to me enough times that I need to learn how to handle it more efficiently.
If I have a sale to someone out of USA and have a need to alter the shipping price before they use the Vendio Checkout, how do I change the shipping costs. Vendio has provided tools to reduce charges (via credits) but I have found NO way to increase charges. I have even tried to post a negative credit to no avail. Please don't tell me that this cannot be done and that the only way I can do this is to go to the PayPal invoicing procedure.
If the auction has closed already, go to post sale and edit the WBN to change the shipping charges. Then you can instruct the winner to go through checkout -- when they do, they will get the new shipping charges.
