I have followed Vendio's written instructions to create a profile, but I see no profile button at the top of the page .The bottom shows a profile and inventory button, but they are not clickable and I only see a select all button, do not see any SAVE button. Will some body help me find where I need to be to find these? Thank you so VERY much.

Hi Debbie,
It sounds like you are on the main inventory page. You will need to click on one of your inventory entries -- you should then see the 'profile item' checkbox in the upper right, and then the Save button at the bottom. Let me know if you still can't find it.
