Hi I was wondering if there is anyway that I could move the additional info section on my auction template up before the other ones like shipping and payments and can I edit the info on this.

Hello,

Unfortunately that section cannot be moved. You can always use the default text box, located in Custom Listing Text in your My Account tab, to put extra information in your listings.
