My customers are getting their WBN after the auction - but I am not? This just started last week but I have not changed the settings and it still shows that I should receive them. Any help?
Have you checked your bulk mail or junk mail folders? Your WBNs may have been classified as bulk mail -- this is usually dependent on the settings you have for spam, and how your ISP handles bulk mail.
