Please help!! Some of my customers are able to Paypal, some are not--but want to. Seems as though they are having trouble with finding a Paypal link in my Vendio checkout. Please tell me how they can do this through Vendio checkout--I am getting too many Emails from very frustrated customers.
Also, is there some kind of text from Vendio which will take me step by step through the process? Most of your explanations sound as though they are geared towards people who already know the answers. I have been a teacher for 27 years, and have found that lots of computer people are great at computers, but have a hard time teaching. If there isn't a book available, I'll help you write one. It has been frustrating for me--I am spending too much time shuffling through trying to find answers when a clear, consise text would be useful--and would be a great draw to attract and keep new customers.
Thank you--please answer soon because I am losing business because of the Paypal situation.
If you had a few items where buyers claimed they were unable to select PayPal as a payment option, we would be happy to check into this further with you.
I checked over your settings on Vendio, and if they came to Vendio to do the checkout process, they would have had PayPal as a payment option to choose from as long as it appeared in the listing itself (which it should have since your defaults are setup this way.)
It is possible that the buyers unable to select PayPal are trying to checkout using the ebay system, which you may not currently be setup with correctly to provide PayPal as a payment option.
