I keep getting the same error messages on my auctions I am trying to relist. These auctions were originally auction format listings, but this time around I would like to list them as Fixed Price. That is the only difference from the first listing to the listing this week. However, I keep getting these messages:

"Error 440: Failed in shipping and handling.
You must enter a value for U.S. shipping and handling since you have indicated that you are entering shipping costs.
Error 97: Contradictory shipping locations.
Contradictory shipping locations were specified, or, shipp"

The shipping information is on the auction page and it is correct. Please help as this is so frustrating! What the heck is up with this.

That happens to me all the time!

If you had a BID on your first listing or had to change your price to immediate pay on Ebay, you won't be able to relist.

VENDIO needs to address this issue quicker than they are doing so.

You will need to relist the item on EBAY and import it to VENDIO so you can "watch" it.
It won't show how many are viewing it though.

Hope this helps.

Hello there,

This error happens when:

- You list the original item without entering eBay checkout information, such as "Shipping and handling" or "Shipping insurance".
- After launching, you revise the item directly on the eBay site, adding eBay S&H information.
- On relist, eBay expects the S&H information, like in the revised item.
- Because the original listing from Vendio is lacking this information, it will now fail on relist.

Do you have "I am specifying payment details" enabled in your eBay Site Specifics?

Thanks,

Diana

Yes, that is exactly what I did. After the original auctions launched, I added the "imediate payment" option at eBay. That must be what the problem was. In order for me to launch all these auctions, I had to launch brand new auctions for the same auctions that would not launch. This caused me to not be able to "relist" and now I will loose my relist credit from ebay. Vendio DOES need to address this issue. And fast. It is a major inconvience for us sellers and also a costly one too!

I have asked for weeks!
Hopefully they will resolve this.
We may as well list those items on Ebay and forget Vendio.
