2324461826 confetti e-bay store item
2362604617 footprint fixed price listing

all were launched through the sales manager pro and were included in my total number of items for sale in the sale manager

only one of the is showing up in post sale-
2362604617 footprint-
I can't even search and come up with the other two items-

Help how do i get the other items to show up

Hi Terry,

I am not sure why the items are not appearing in closed if they were launched through Sales Manager Pro. You may be able to bring them in using Track Other Listings (under the Sales Manager tab.) Be sure to track by item number. If you are not able to track them in, please let us know. We will have to have engineering take a look at the individual items after the holiday weekend.

Hope you have a happy Thanksgiving!

Diana

Hello,

I did a search in Post Sale by auction ID for your items and found #2362604617 combined with two other items, but they are not the other two that you referenced in your original post. Are you sure those are it, or is it the other two combined with 2362604617 that I can see in your post sale after doing a search?

Regards,

Sonya

Hello,

The footprint item is in an order with two other items. The candles and the confetti items are still in post sale but they were never combined into that order -- if you go to post sale and search the item ID numbers, you will find them. If you want to combine all five, you will need to undo the order for the other three and then go to combineable items, put the view at the past 90 days, and you should be able to combine all five into one order for your customer.

If that is too complicated for you, go to combineable items in post sale and set the date to 90 days past. You'll find the candles and confetti items there -- you can combine those two into an order so that you'll have two orders for that one customer.

Sonya

Did you do something to get them into post sale-
They were not there before- I tried to track them in- I tried the search- I looked at each and every auction in post sale and as of the time I wrote the posts here they were not showing up- at least a week AFTER the auction ended-
Any ideas. I have been using this program for several years and I am very familiar with the way it works- LOL well most of it- But I know about search and combining - these items were not here-

Hello,

I did not do anything extra actually -- I looked at the order and took note of the winner's email addrerss, then went to combineable items and stretched the date to 90 days past and that's how I found the other items. Items go to closed upon end of item but there are some that might take slightly longer than regular auctions (FP items fall into this category, as do dutch auctions).

But for it to take over a week- possibly 10 days-

I tried the combinable thing
OI did the search by number
I did the search by auction name
I searched each and every auction in the post sale thing-
Even when sonja from your support checked it was not there and it was Dec 3rd

Very frustrating

Hi Terry,

If this happens again, please let me know right away. We can check into it further with a second example.

Hi Rugdealz,

You are Regencyrugs as well? I checked your account and that listing is in Post Sale, and step 1 has been completed. If you go to post sale you can do a search by item ID -- put your item ID number in that field and you will be able to locate it.

Timptech -- the answer you got from us on the 27th was regarding the items that I just investigated, so having a second example of this (should it happen again) would be ideal.

I'm not getting an auction in post sale, and it's not in active either. It was almost immediately sold after it was launched. I tried tracking it in and used the import. It's item #3372778750 Please tell me how to get it in post-sale. Also, when this happens, does it mean the buyer cannot check-out? Just curious.

Hi Toyspast,

The auction is in your account. If you go to Post Sale and do a search by auction ID, you will find it there.

Sonya
