The new auctions that I put on last night, do not have the picture in the top left corner. The relisted auctions have it and all the auctions before last night. I checked my preferences and everything seems fine
Has there been a rule change that I missed? or something else?
Thanks.

Hello,

I see that the last 3 do not have photo preview, while the others you listed at the same time, do have it. Did you do anything differently to those 3 listings? Were these all new? You should be able to add it by revising the items directly on eBay.

Regards,

Sonya

I put 6 auctions on last night. Two were relists and the pictures on the top left were there. The other four were new and the pictures weren't there. I didn't do anything different than I do any other night. I have auctions going on tonight and am wondering how they are going to be and what is actually happening.
Thanks.

I am wondering if anyone has found a reason why the Ebay pictures at the top left of four of my auctions from last night are missing, and if the same thing is going to happen tonight.
Thanks.

Any idea why, or how tonight's are going to be? I wish Vendio would answer.
Thanks.

I'm also having the same problem, except now none of my auctions have a picture in the upper-left corner. I checked my Vendio account and everything was the same, so the pictures should be showing up.
Can I revise this through eBay? If so, how?
I hope this problem is addressed soon.

I fixed Wednesday nights pictures by:
Getting the full URL of my image. Going into Ebay and revising my item and adding the url in the form where it asks for a url for the image. It does give 2 images when you look at the item, but I am OK with that.
Last nights images were ok.

Hello everyone,

We are currently investigating this issue. Please clarify if you are referring to Photo Preview or Gallery Image and let us know if you are listing from Sales Manager or from Sales Manager Pro. This information will help us as we work to resolve the problem.

Hi Pjbell,

Thank you for the information. Do you have any active listings right now that don't contain the image or did you correct them all? If you corrected them all, let me know a couple ID numbers of the ones you corrected.

Regards,

Sonya

Where do you get the URL to copy and paste onto eBay?
In regards to Sonya's question, I'm talking about the picture that should appear in the upper-left hand corner of my listing.I use the Sales Manager. (My eBay ID is emtanne)
Hope I can resolve this soon as I have many more items to list.
Thank you!

The only night that I had problems with the picture in the top left hand corner was Wednesday night. The auctions on Thursday are fine. So I don't know why it did it Wednesday and why it didn't on Thursday. I list through Sales Manager and didn't do anything different either night.
Thanks.

Hi,
In response to where to get the url:
Go to your Ebay auction and scroll down to the picture.
Put your cursor on the picture and right click the mouse. Select properties and it will show the url.

Hello everybody,

We have tested this and cannot replicate it at this time. We believe that the problem was most likely a temporary eBay glitch. If this continues, please let us know - it is always helpful if you provide item numbers so we can take a look.

Thanks,

Diana
