I'm trying to relist some older auctions, so I'm checking to make sure the image is still there. On many relists, I can see the image in the upper left, but the bottom box says "image not available." Will the image show up in BOTH places if I relist on ebay? Thanks in advance for your info.

Hi Beman,
If the images aren't in your account they won't appear when you relist. If they've been recently deleted, check your Recycle Bin to see if they are there -- restore them if they are, so you can have them in your relists.
If these relists are old, from before the picture services changed, then the upper left picture may be the ebay hosted version. That would be why it's appearing and the actual image within the listing is not (I would need some examples to confirm this).
If your images aren't in your recycle bin, we suggest you upload them again from your computer to your account and make sure they are attached to the relists before relisting.

I believe the one picture is not appearing from "before the picture services changed", but I don't know when that happened. Could you give me a date when Vendio did change the picture services, and I can check. Since I have over 1,000 images now on Vendio, it would take me a little while to check all the auctions I'm relisting. It sounds as though I should just make new auctions, but I need to know the date "before the picture services changed." Thanks.

Thanks for the date. I think it would be quicker for me to "re-do" some of the auctions rather than sift through the recyle.
