I have 2 vendio customer manager accounts because I have 2 Ebay IDs. I rarely use one of them.
I wanted to sign up for Sales Manager with this Vendio ID and my main Ebay user ID (which was linked to my other Vendio customer manager account).
So, I removed my main Ebay ID from the other Vendio account as per the instructions of customer service. I then tried to add that Ebay ID to this Vendio account so that I could begin using Sales Manager.
It will not let me. It says "sorry this ID is being used by another Vendio account". It is not. I removed it from the other account. What can I do now?
Should I discontinue the other Vendio Customer Manager account completely?

It is still not working. I am unable to add Sales Manager to my customer manager plan because I cannot use the ebay ID that used to be used with another Vendio account, but no longer is. It has been removed completely from the other account. Why can't I now add it to this account?
We have moved your eBay ID "Smart_blonde330" into your Vendio account. You will need to log in and go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts and click the "edit" link next to your eBay ID. Re-enter the password and email address associated with the ID, and save.
