I noticed two nights ago that my copies of a couple WBNs were not received. The "WBN SENT" box is blacked out on the post sale page, but I did not receive my copies. Last night, same thing happend. I didn't note the first occurence, but for last night the items for which I did not get my WBN Copies were:
2207540727 and 2675913954
Both were listed as part of a batch via Sales Manager Pro, as are all my "new" auctions.
Since it's happened two days in a row, I'm wondering where MY copies of these WBNs are going? It does appear that the copies of the WBNS are getting to the buyers as I have received email from them to that effect, but I need my copy.
I would recommend that you check any bulk mail or junk mail folders in your email client, to see if that is where they went. If this continues to happen please let us know.

OK Sonya - here it is. I only had 4 items tonight. The auctions ended 2 1/2 hours ago. Auction nunmbers were:
3257932610
3257931533
3257931381
2207794900
Post sale page says all four WBNs went out. I have received only WBNs for 3257931381 and 3257932610.
This is the 3rd night in a row I did not get copies of the WBNs for all auctions.
I am checking my mail (to delete spam) directly from my email server on charter.net before even staring my email program, so I know the mail is not getting mis-directed...but where is it??

Still having the same problem - Last night: 10 auctions closed - Post Sale says all WBNS went out. I got only 7 of the 10. I did notice that ALL three of the ones I did not receive were buyers with AOL email addresses. I checked and I am getting AOL email (such as through the eBay "Ask Seller a Question"but for some reason, it appears I am NOT getting my copy of Winning Bid Notifications from AOL users!?

Hello,
Has this only been happening since the weekend? I checked your item numbers you provided in this thread and they all appear to be AOL buyers, however that is odd that they are obviously receiving the WBNs but you are not receiving the copies. If you have any additional information you can provide, please do so, while we check into this.

Pretty much confirmed problem dealing with AOL users and, no WBN copies to me. Tonight it was 9 auctions and I got 6 WBNs sent to me. The three missing are AOL unsers.
I am on charter.net - any chance this could be them blocking the incoming emails?
Last week there was an issue with Road Runner blocking all Charter originated email. Took them a few days to sort it out but they did get it fixed. Could the same thing be going on between Charter and AOL?

Hello,
It is quite possible since it is obvious your AOL customers are receiving the WBNs. I would check with your ISP to see if they are monitoring AOL emails.

Sonya.
I have sent a note to charter asking them if they are doing any filtering. In the meantime:
I had a friend of mine who is on aol send me some test emails. They sent the mails to three different email addressess, including the vendio "mailstep" address. I received all three emails. I'm not sure what, if anything this proves except that I am able to get email from aol user, just not the WBNs.
Last night: 12 items closed, received 11 WBNS and (what a surprise) the only WBN I did not get was from an AOL user.
