Since improvements are planned, hopefully it is an appropriate time to pass on inventory wish list. Here are a few of mine. Sounds like others had some wishes also.
Inventory upgrades I would like to see.
1. Being able to have more than 4 pictures.
2. If choosing "no gallery" radio button in eBay, gray out gallery picture file name instead of it going away. (might want to use it later)
2. When launching from inventory at the submit point, be able to choose Gallery On and Gallery Off. (eBay Store 1 cent gallery and Gallery Free listing Days put this on the list.)
3. When launching from inventory at the submit point, be able to choose to have a buy it now, or not have a buy it now price. (change what might be in the inventory buy it now field)
4. Differentiate between quantity listed in eBay Store and eBay Auction.
On the inventory page, the non-Ebay-Store and Ebay-Store items total is combined, so it is not apparent how many are in the store, and how many are in the high traffic area of Ebay.
When I have a large quantity of an item, especially a popular item, it is nice to keep one or more at Auction (Ebay Auction or Ebay Fixed Price) all of the time, with a link to my store item in case someone wants the item in bulk. The way to drive buyers to your store, is through having items running in the general Ebay area.
As my items sell and expire, it is nice to be able to see at a glance how many of the items are actually at auction (NON-STORE). Currently it may show 29 at auction, but all 29 might be in Store and there is no representation of the product in the general Ebay Area.
Thank you for the interest in upgrading inventory.

...all the above is very good.
A seperate field for eBay Store price. It's nice to be able to offer a lower than the BIN for Store items to entice Store sales. This strategy worked very well for us, but is difficult to implement with Vendio.

My #3 point above, changing or erasing the BIN price at submit would accomplish changing the store price, as the BIN price is also the eBay Store price.

When we talk about quick editing of inventory, it would be nice to toggle item as an eBay item, so all of the eBay information would show up in the first screen.
Currently we have to go to a main screen, then open another screen for the eBay properties.
Unlike pending auctions, where the system knows it is an eBay item and everything is on one screen.

Hi gousainc,
I agree the ability to change prices on the fly at launch would be great, but I would still want a field for eBay Store price. having to manually change the BIN (even on the fly) whenever I list a batch of Store items, and remember the amounts I want is too much work.
It's also way to hard to copy an Inventory Item. I've never seen auction management that made it so difficult to copy your work.
I'd also like to have the ability to view the ebay Specifics on the Inventory page. It's a hassle if I need to change, or even check on price, gallery and category.
Having the number listed would be far more useful if it was expanded to show the number in eBay Store, Auction, FP, and sold but not shipped. A printable count sheet would help audit physical inventory.
There should be a bulk editing tool for inventory counts as well. When I get an order in, it's more time consuming than it should be to add the quantities.
It would also be helpful to have a 'Vendor' field in Inventory.
Repetative Launch needs to interact with auto relist to preven multiple launches. I don't use Repetative Launch because of the liklihood that it will double list when an item is unsold and relists automatically.
A 'Relist when item sells' feature would be a huge step forward. This feature would also allow you to specify the time of day when the replacement listing is launched. Currently, ChannelAdvisor and AuctionWorks are the only services I know of that have this feature.

I would really like to see the SKU# beside sold listings. It would be nice to see it in all closed views, but especially helpful to readily identify what item is sold.
