when I try to install this new program I get a network error message !a network error occuer while trying to read from the file c\documents and settings\owner\desktop\vendio-image publisher (1) msi???

Please check the installation kit size - it should be exactly 296,960 bytes. If it is not exactly this size, you may need to redownload the application.
