Hi,
Last (I hope) inquiry for today! I seem to have a problem 'attaching' my item photo to upper left hand of my eBay site. It always comes up blank!
What am I doing wrong?
In the old days ( before using Vendio) there was no problem...always a photo on my auction page at top of listing!
Now the page loooks awful...even with the nice template.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello Joy,
The picture that appears in the top-left of your listing is dependent on what you have selected as a preference under My Account -> eBay Site Specifics. Right now you have the Vendio logo selected, but you can change this default to be the first image in the listing. When you relist, be sure to use our system so that the image URL is not altered during the process.
