Hello,

Question - Is there a set time frame that you keep the templates active?

My intent has been to create specific templates for some of my items. My hope is to develop a recognition for the look of the templates. If buyers don't remember my seller name, perhaps they will recognize the look of my template.

However, I have had three of my templates become "No Longer Available" over the last month.

Can you please explain how time frames for the templates are set up so that I have a better understanding of time frames, etc.

I would like to take this opportunity to say THANKS to all at Vendio for helping me to have a successful year on Ebay. I couldn't have done it without your wonderful customer service and professional product.

A wish for a safe and joyous holiday season to all of you at Vendio!

Gerri

Hi Gerri,

There is no time limit for templates -- you can keep them for as long as you like, until you decide you want to cancel them. Which templates were coming up as "no longer available"?

It is nice to hear we have made a positive impact on your business. Happy holidays!

Regards,

Sonya

Hello Sonya,

They were templates that I had created using different components. I get the messages when I go to relist an item. The message is in red telling me that the template is no longer active that I need to edit it.

I have deleted the last couple. I left one in place for you to look at. It is still in my template area and doesn't have any message there about it no longer being active.

It is labeled SEWING-T.

Thanks,
Gerri

Hi Gerri,

Do you have any listings in closed that you have tried to relist, that give you this error? It is difficult to tell from the template, as it looks fine when I checked it out. Let me know the next time you get this so we can see what is happening.

Regards,

Sonya

Hello Sonya,

If it happens again, I will hold off on the relist and notify you as soon as it happens.
Thanks for your help!

Gerri
