Hello,
We are planning to offer reports in the future. If you have any suggestions for what you would like to see in them, please feel free to let us know and we will forward them to Product Development.
You can log into your Vendio account from more than one computer so if you wanted multiple users to log on, it's possible. It is the same log in though. Make sure if you do this that users are not listing the same item or you could end up with multiples.

Thanks...could anyone tell me how are you figuring out your gross profit? Since there isn't any reporting, how are you figuring out, the total months sales minus the cost of the good sold? How can this program be used by businesses without being able to figure this out? thanks

Hello,
We have a Sales Archive feature where you can archive all of your closed listings. If you downloaded by the month, you can download all items, unsold items only, or sold items only and then open the archive in Excel and get the total there. Sales Archive is located in Sales Manager.

Moodswings.... I'm with you on the report wish. I have been patiently waiting for a better way to manage closed listings and measure my ROI. I sell on consigement and would love to group auctions by client and then import into Quickbooks or other third party software. The archive and export feature is ok, but once you archive you can't go back and review without re-instating. Hopefully Vendio will deliver something soon or I may switch to Zoovy.
Has anyone come up with a good report management solution using Vendio's archived data?
